Even with AI getting better at remembering preferences, I wanted something more deliberate: a tool built specifically around meal planning, calories, diet, cuisines, recipes, and weekly structure. So I turned this idea into a proper web app.
Personalised Meal Planner creates a full 7-day meal plan tailored to you. It uses your age, weight, height, and activity level to estimate your BMR and TDEE, then builds a plan around your calorie target, diet, and favourite cuisines. Each meal comes with ingredients and step-by-step instructions, and the full plan can be downloaded as a PDF.
